Thousands take to the streets demanding justice, equality, and immediate action. Nobody can explain what happened, who’s responsible, or what they actually want.
UNITED STATES — Thousands of outraged protesters flooded city streets this week demanding immediate change, although investigators have yet to determine what exactly needs changing, who is supposed to change it, or whether anyone in attendance has read anything beyond the original social media post.
The demonstration began after a viral video featuring an unidentified woman screaming, “WE CANNOT REMAIN SILENT!” accumulated 4.7 million views.
Within hours, thousands had gathered carrying professionally printed signs, megaphones, and enough emotional baggage to exceed the weight limits of a commercial aircraft.
Unfortunately, nobody remembered what the video was about.
Reporter Makes Fatal Mistake of Asking a Question
Things turned ugly when a local reporter approached several demonstrators and asked a seemingly innocent question:
“What exactly are you protesting?”
The first protester immediately responded, “WOW! You’re seriously asking me that?”
“Yes,” the reporter replied.
“THAT’S LITERALLY THE PROBLEM!”
When the reporter asked which problem, the protester accused him of being a racist, fascist, bigot, extremist, oppressor, and several other words she had recently learned from a TikTok slideshow.
A second protester intervened, shouting, “EDUCATE YOURSELF!”
The reporter asked where he could find the information.
“IT’S NOT MY JOB TO EDUCATE YOU!”
The interview ended when a third demonstrator demanded that the reporter stop asking questions because his insistence on obtaining answers was creating an unsafe environment.
Experts Confirm Calling Someone a Fascist Is Now Easier Than Explaining What Fascism Means
According to protest organizers, certain words have become essential equipment for modern demonstrations.
“Fascist” is used when someone disagrees.
“Bigot” is deployed when someone asks for evidence.
“Oppressor” is reserved for anyone who owns a business, wears a suit, or suggests blocking traffic might inconvenience people trying to get to work.
And “educate yourself” remains the preferred response when the speaker has absolutely no intention of educating themselves.
One protester explained that knowing the actual definitions of these words was unnecessary.
“Words evolve,” he stated. “They mean whatever we need them to mean at that particular moment.”
When asked to define fascism, he replied, “It’s when someone tries to control what other people think.”
He then demanded the reporter be removed for thinking incorrectly.
Protesters Demand Justice, But Organizers Can’t Identify the Victim
As the demonstration entered its sixth hour, confusion spread after organizers realized nobody had established what injustice had occurred.
Some believed the protest concerned climate change.
Others insisted it was about corporate greed.
One group thought they were marching against a Supreme Court decision, although nobody could identify which decision.
A man carrying a sign reading “END THE OPPRESSION” admitted he had attended because someone told him there would be free pizza.
“I support the cause,” he explained.
“Which cause?”
“All of them.”
Asked whether he had researched any of the issues, he became visibly irritated.
“Why are you making this political?”
Local Businesses Discover Their Windows Are Apparently Part of the Problem
Business owners along the protest route expressed confusion after demonstrators began spray-painting storefronts and blocking entrances.
One small-business owner asked why his family-owned sandwich shop had been targeted.
A protester explained that the business represented capitalism.
“But I sell sandwiches,” the owner replied.
“EXACTLY!”
The protester then ordered a $17 avocado sandwich using a smartphone manufactured by a multinational corporation, paid with a credit card, and complained that the business wasn’t doing enough to fight corporate greed.
When asked why he continued supporting the very system he was protesting, the demonstrator explained that the question was deeply problematic.
He then requested extra mayonnaise.
Social Media Declares Protest a Historic Victory Despite Nobody Knowing What Was Accomplished
By evening, social media platforms were flooded with celebratory videos declaring the demonstration a massive success.
Influencers posted emotional messages about changing the world, standing on the right side of history, and refusing to remain silent.
One woman received 280,000 likes for a video of herself crying while holding a sign upside down.
Another declared, “WE MADE HISTORY TODAY!”
When asked what had changed, she replied, “It’s about awareness.”
Awareness of what?
“EVERYTHING!”
Meanwhile, the city estimated that cleanup would cost $1.2 million, local businesses reported lost revenue, and thousands of commuters spent hours trapped in traffic.
Organizers celebrated the disruption as proof that their message had been heard.
Unfortunately, nobody could repeat the message.
Breaking: Protest Scheduled for Tomorrow to Protest Criticism of Today’s Protest
Following widespread criticism, organizers announced another demonstration to protest the unfair treatment of protesters who had been criticized for protesting.
The new event will feature workshops on identifying offensive questions, recognizing harmful disagreement, and shouting “FASCIST!” with greater vocal endurance.
Participants are encouraged to bring signs, water bottles, portable chargers, and at least one opinion they have not researched.
Reading materials will not be provided because organizers fear that exposure to competing information could lead to independent thought.
When asked whether protesters should understand an issue before demanding change, one organizer delivered the event’s closing statement:
“WE DON’T NEED FACTS TO KNOW WE’RE RIGHT!”
The crowd erupted in applause.
Three people fainted from emotional exhaustion.
A fourth demanded justice for the three who fainted.
And somewhere across America, a history book remained completely undisturbed.
DIRT IN A BOTTLE PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Protesting is a constitutional right. Understanding what you’re protesting is apparently an optional upgrade.
